"I learned about CCLP from Larry Ebbers when I participated in the CLIC program. At this point, my goal is to complete my PhD program and graduate! I have really enjoyed learning about all of the different aspects associated with leadership in higher education."

Professional Interests:

I am currently working for a four-year private institution but spent eleven years working for a community college as both a chemistry instructor and as a Director of Arts and Sciences. I also served as a Phi Theta Kappa advisor for 8 years.

 

Research interests:

I am most interested in Phi Theta Kappa and the role active membership in PTK has on student engagement.
