Albert Farr

"I believe in personal growth through education and collaborative initiatives. Individuals can only go so far on their own steam until they need the help from someone else. Never be too proud or too selfish to ask for help."

Education:

I earned both my B.S. and M.A. in English at Iowa State University. I am presently enrolled as a doctoral student at Iowa State University with an emphasis in Community College Administration.

Professional Interests:

I am always excited when I am involved with collaborative projects which seek to solve problems with policies and current conflicts in higher education. I think that in addition to building upon what has been established or finding holes in theories, I wish to use what is already proven to help solve some contemporary issues facing the global society.

Research interests:

I wish to pursue research in the formation, maintenance and reinforcement of good leadership at the community college level, while simultaneously following a hybrid business model.
