Professional Development

CLIC is designed to encourage growth and further development of administrative skills in current and future college Vice Presidents, Provosts, Deans, Directors, and Department Chairs. Emphasis is placed on the latest advancements in areas of management and supervision, current issues in the community college system, and networking opportunities to enhance communications between educational institutions. Participants have the option of receiving additional graduate credit upon course completion.

LINC is designed to encourage and prepare women, people of color, and men for leadership roles. The primary focus is personal development. Networking opportunities are provided to increase diversity of participation in the leadership of Iowa community colleges into the next century.

Both programs provide the opportunity for participants to earn graduate credit.
