Jackie Baughman
Research Associate E-mail: jacqulyn@iastate.edu Jackie Baughman is a PhD student in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with an emphasis in Higher Education, and minor in Statistics. She is a research associate focusing on STEM and Community Colleges. Jackie received a B.S. in Metallurgical from ISU, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. Prior to returning to ISU, she worked in different business organization serving in various management level positions/roles focusing on business process improvements, new product development, training and education design, strategy development and implementation, the organizational pursuit of ISO certification, Lead Internal ISO Auditor, as well as Six Sigma and Lean(TPS) project management and implementation. She has been an adjunct faculty instructor at 4 Metro Milwaukee colleges/universities, facilitating graduate and undergraduate courses for over 5 years. |
