Laura I. Rendón is Professor and Department Chair of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Prior to coming to Iowa State University, she was Veffie Milstead Jones Endowed Chair in the College of Education at California State University-Long Beach. She received her Ph.D. from Higher Education Administration, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
