Latrice Eggleston is a postdoctoral research associate in the department of educational leadership and policy studies. Her research interests include community college transfer students, minority access to higher education, and student retention. She received her doctorate in educational policy studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Principal Consultant for LEE Educational Consulting & Associates and a former Adjunct Faculty member at the Jacob H. Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies at Northeastern Illinois University.
